Anthony Delroy Sudlow affectionately known to some as “Tishon” was born on August 4, 1960 to the late Iceylyn Simpson and Stanley Sudlow in Kingston, Jamaica. Anthony completed his schooling at Trench Town Primary School and then Read Obituary
Anthony was like my brother, we always stayed in touch. When my dad lived in Florida he would go there check on him, made sure he ate and was always safe. When I went on my cruise seven years ago I dropped off my dad to him in New Jersey and he kept him until I came back. So when a few months ago he called to say he was coming to stay for a few days I said no problem. He was at my house and anyone that know him know that he’s very clean and neat. He said sis where’s the iron and ironing board I had to think about it.(I don’t use it often😂)I asked what are you ironing he said “my clothes” he even iron his boxers 😂. This sickness never took away his smile and his desire to help and give advice. Bro take your rest I miss and love you say hi to everyone for me. You left your mark on many hearts 🥰 🥲🙏
I only met Tony through friends and didn't know him well. What I did know was that he was always pleasant, kind and thoughtful. When my family was going through a difficult time with my niece paralyzed from the chest down and in a rehab center, he showed up one day to visit. He reassured her that as she was in St. Anthony's Rehab center and as his name was Anthony, he was bringing her a message of healing. He prayed over her and talked with her for some time and made sure to get the acknowledgement of healing and belief before he left. He sent those daily messages and shortly before he left us I was moved to remind him of his visit to her. I let him know her progress which is nothing short of amazing and was able to thank him for his grace in that moment. I was able to let him know that he was never and will never be forgotten in my spirit and that I share his grace and love back now with him and to all his generations beyond. "Mr. Tony" has been a true representation of a great human being and a blessing. I thank him for sneaking into my life. Rest well, Tony. You've earned it. Peace to you his family.
