Obituary
Rolando Matthew Baugh III
Was born to his Parents Liza and Rolando and into his welcoming Family in the
Summer of the Year 2000.
Rolando presented En Caul and strong at 9 pounds 12 ounces. Dr. Suresh Thani who’d
cared for Mother Liza to term rushed to receive Rolando into his loving hands. Dr
Suresh Thani received him affectionately and handed him over to Doctor Severiano San
Juan, affectionately known as “Uncle Doctor” the Family’s trusted pediatrician.
Grandma Julia was cheerful proclaiming La Bebita De La Casa. Desiree and Ciara were
most curious at the arrival of their Little Brother Rolandito.
Rolandito was eager to play and it did not take long for him to start to toddle after his
Sisters and the Family pets. When he was not swaddled to Grandma Julia’s back, he
was in the care of Martha and Chucho and their entire Family in trusted day care when
needed.
Rolie.. was an energetic youngster. A Happy well-adjusted child. He learned to read and
write very well, very early. Rolie was inquisitive and formulated opinions early in his life.
His early vocabulary was impressive.
Rolie was studious and interested in philosophy. He always wanted to know WHY. His
interest in nature and all things organic developed early. His love for cooking was
inspired by Grandma as she tended to the house with Rolie in tow. Rolie was paying
attention and recording the recipes.
Rolando developed into a distinguished gentleman. He completed his academics and
was ready to explore the world. He developed as a musician and a cook. Rolando is an
artist and worked in Fine Dining and as the Quality Control Specialist at the Family
Catering Business. If something was missing, it is highly likely Rolando put it in the trash
as it was unfit to serve.
The self-proclaimed “Bhoughie Caveman” loved LIFE and living. Rolando is known for
quiet generosity, Acts of Kindness, a robust smile, love for his family, love for people
and his heart. Rolando believed in quality over quantity.
Rolando was patient. Rolando was kind. Rolando… is Love.
Rolando was eager to plan the Family reunion. We are united in Love together to honor
his memory.
