In 2002, she married her sweetheart for the better part of 32 years, Chaplain James E. Berry. She gained 3 daughters, Jamesa, Monay, and Sharay. They had a very adventurous marriage. Their union consisted of vacations both home and abroad. They were partners in ministry, in parenthood, in friendship, and in charity work.
