Albert Bryant's Obituary
OBITUARY
Albert Bryant was born December 9, 1947 in New Brunswick, NJ to the late Alice Lovett and Caesar Bryant, Sr. Albert come from a large family and has five sibling: Alice Mae Bryant(deceased), Caesar Bryant, Jr., Aurelius (Ray) Bryant, Betty Sherrod and Doris Bryant (deceased).
Those who knew Albert would affectionately call him "Al". One thing to know about Al is that he loved to sing and was part of a singing group in his teenage years. His favorite group was the "Temptations" and he enjoyed attending their concerts. He worked out daily and ate extremely healthy. Al would be quick to tell someone that he "had the heart and body of a teen". He would show his strength by giving his famous "handgrip or handshakes". Al's kids, nieces and nephews knew their Uncle Al as never aging and being the "Health Guru". He was teased by family and friends because he seemed to continuously aged backwards.
Al was a graduate of J.P. Stevens High School, Edison, NJ in 1967. After leaving high school, Al enlisted in the Army. After leaving the Army, Al took on several jobs until becoming an entrepreneur. He opened his own Barbershop in New Brunswick, NJ. Al quickly became known for giving customers the sharpest haircuts and had a true passion for grooming hair. A Jack-of-all-trades is what Al was He picked up different specialties and exceled in plumbing and construction. Al perfected his craft to his Edison Board of ?Education until his untimely death.
Albert passed away peacefully at his home the morning of February 14, 2021. He will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his wife, Anna Bell Bryant; Sons, Jamal Bryant, Shakeer Bryant; Daughter, Dawn Jean-Baptiste Bryant; Grandchildren, Jalen Bryant, Elijah Bryant, Jordyn Bryant, Ceyionnie Lee Bryant, Deja Shakeera Bryant, De'yon Shakeer Bryant, Ah'keer Bryant; Great Grandchildren, Alauni Anderson, Ja'mya Anderson, Left to mourn also are his brothers, Caesar Bryant, Jr. (Sandra), Aurelius Bryant, Betty Sherrod (Bruce) and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins , other relatives and friends.
Albert was a ray of sunshine with a big heart and bright smile. He loved talking to anyone and leaves behind a long story for all to remember him by.
